I would not want this publicly were it my business. I would give her a free sandwich and ban her from my business for life.

Disagree. She screamed and cussed, disturbing the peace. Better to let everyone see that such antics will NOT result in a free sammich. But rather, will get the perp in a heap o’ trouble. JMPO.
From a PR perspective, Chik-Fil-A is figuratively bullet proof. They have done so well to be consistent with their business model and imaging that their customer base is immune to BS PR stunts. Look at what happened when the liberals went after them a few years ago. The public assaulted franchises across the country to make a statement.
They just stick to their values and real Americans appreciate that.
