Turkey should again consider criminalizing adultery, Erdogan says

Indeed, constantly telling us what we should do is warfare. Psychological warfare. Like I mentioned before, it even got to the point where people like Woodrow Wilson started believing it, and thought he could get away with staying out of war until it started creeping up on our doorstep.

Even The Art Of War by Sun Tzu mentioned psychological warfare, which does not entail any force.

All warfare is based on deception. (I:18)

Making no mistakes is what establishes the certainty of victory, for it means conquering an enemy that is already defeated. (IV:13)

This kind of warfare was known anciently. It does not involve combat, and our founding leaders knew of this.
