That is pretty stunning. I mean, I’m no lawyer and I am not going to analyze the whole thing. But this just might get to the point of a RICO violation.

Back in the late eighties and early nineties, Broward County had a Sheriff, his name was Leo Callahan and I can tell you that this crap would not have happened. No way!
