Former Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin posted a chilling Instagram story that forced a high school to close.
On Thursday, Martin caught the attention of school officials with a story that featured a photo of a shotgun and the names of former Dolphins teammates Richie Incognito and Mike Pouncey as well as the Los Angeles-area high school, Harvard-Westlake, that Martin attended. The 28-year-old was taken into custody on Friday, ABC reported.
“When you’re a bully victim and a coward, your options are suicide or revenge,” Martin cryptically posted.

I remember thinking Martin was a bit weird, being intimidated by another lineman.
Hassling, hazing... I understand. But he seemed genuinely cowed, and he’s a physical monster himself. Headcase?
Wherever rampant stupidity reigns you KNEW the NFL was going to turn-up sooner or later.
Incognito has always been a jerk. But it is weird Martin could be bullied by him.
The mass media celebrates mass murderers, and the troubled, weak and dejected see that form of celebration as a way to finally obtain what they see as “recognition”. And why not; the mass media gives it to them and blames everything BUT them for their murderous rampages.
Maybe Martin was just a nutcase and freak - and Icognito got sick of his crap, told him what he was - and in our PC age, it became ‘bullying” and “racism.”
Sounds like serious trouble to me. Issues with self-esteem, severe disaffection and a fixation with weapons. A gasoline-can, waiting for a match.
I remember him from a few years ago.This man has had self esteem problems for most of his life. Most of us would think he had a lot going for him.
I hope he gets help and finds a constructive way to divert his energies other than examining his reasons to be dissatisfied with life. If he has a wife or live in friend, they need to keep their eyes open most the time. Short fused.
Total Bull Sh-t! Circa 1962 I went to school in South Louisiana. I was from Texas and one of the few in school. I was singled out for bullying. I do not like fighting and thus the bullying increased. I am not a coward but it was perceived as such. Finally I had enough of that crap. I literally lost it. I grabbed the bully by the neck and wrestled him to the ground and proceeded to pound his head into the ground. I had no intention of stopping and thankfully other students pulled me off of him.
From that time on they decided "The Texan" is crazy. The bullying stopped.
If you take on a bully and lose it is still good. Even when you lose you do extract damage on the bully. Bullies want no damage.
I know I shouldn’t laugh, but that was one of my favorite sketches...
Ban the NFL, it turns people into head cases.
I think it's safe to say he's overcome that mental roadblock. He's now officially a master at scaring EVERYONE.
Singling out his high school for the post tells me that he was a head case long before he got to the NFL.
