I just stay away from processed carbs and sugars. Whatever is left to eat is on my diet.

Eat carbs and sugars and you'll gain weight.

Don't eat carbs and you will be leaner and healthier.

You got it.

The nice thing is that my flavor is fat.

I like gravy on food. (Use to like it on biscuits but no more.) And last year I went for the full treat on Thanksgiving, took a week to get back on keto.

I think that is not only tolerated but probably allows for staying on the diet longer.
