I agree with the fasting approach.
That’s what I would do as soon as a doc told me
I was diabetic or pre-diabetic.
It is also suppose to reset your immune system.
Did 3 days last year and lost 10 lbs or more
and have not put it back on.
I wish I would do 3 days a month but life keeps getting in the way. haha
I will have to try harder.

Get away from people! I send my wife 1000 miles away when it’s time to fast...makes all the difference.
