I had some very good BBQ in Maine.
I think it was Nanooks Northern BBQ and Tavern :)

In Tx Schoepf’s BBQ is one of my faves.
They have venison sausage lb season and great 1.5” thick smoked pork chops, the pit master lets you pick your meat, then you go see the girls for sides and desert.
