There was this great New York style pizzeria near me in SC. It was great pizza. Then they changed hands and it sucks now. Amazingly they changed all the ingredients to apparently much cheaper.

The sauce has now spice to it. It now just seems like tomato paste spread thinly and a shaker of Oregano passed over it. The Mozzarella is dull and listless, like plastic. No oils excreted by this Mozzarella The dough overwhelms everything, like they forgot that all that cheese, pizza sauce is supposed to enhance the dough.

All I can taste is dough and oregano with the tomato base and mozzarella where cheap afterthoughts.

The dough makes a great deal of difference. Good pizza is fairly simple but the simpler things are, the more it matters to get what is there, right. What most people think is pizza, ain’t pizza.

Oddly the worst pizza I ever had was a toss up between Rome and Tokyo.

I gave the Nips sympathy here..

I kinda expected French girls to be really cute.
The food was wonderful
I kinda expected Italian food to be wonderful.
The girls were really cute. /S
