I'd try to avoid the stomach since she might be pregnant. I'd go for the throat, collar bone, or kidneys. You could hurt your hand hitting in the face.
But if someone is trying to kill me and a 100 other folks, I probably wouldn't take the time to be scientific.
And you were taught wrong. It is 'Never hit a lady'. A terrorist is no lady.
