HR departments at major corporations are packed with homo sexuals. It is the queers who are driving this.
Especially in the airline business in the US where inflight crew, except pilots, tend to be homosexuals and heavily unionized.

Women are over represented in HR, lesbians are hugely over represented. And these are not your typical queers, they are activist queers. HR has become such a minefield because of government regulations, HR managers are being elevated to higher management positions.
The first thing I look at in a company when applying for a positions is the HR staff. I walk away from most opportunities.
I take every opportunity I get to weaken the activist queers, but it is hard to do without being outed as a rational, normal human.
