This district does not cover the City of Pittsburgh proper. That’s represented my Mike Doyle, whose as deep blue Rat as they come.
Ok, you're right. My mistake. I looked at the new map which doesn't take effect until next year. The current 18th district looks like it abuts West Virginia in the far southwest corner of the state.
