Absolutely. Especially women who are sleeping around, so to speak. If a woman is in a committed relationship (and she is SURE she is in a committed relationship) then I wold say get one for three years straight and, if negative, maybe she can slack off on the every year thing. But HPV has some virulent strains and women do need to be careful.
