Visiting a Best Buy is worthless. They carry nothing.... every time I have walked in because I intended to buy something I need, I am simply told, don’t stock it but we can order it online and have it in a few days.
Why would I do that? I came all the way to your store because I want it now... if I have to order it online and wait, I can get it from Amazon cheaper.
Exactly.
I hate that.
People are so enamored of on-line catalog buying, but the reality is that one is waiting, and paying for shipping, and God forbid it’s bad - you have to pack it up yourself for the shipping home.
I like having this option - especially for items I can’t find in the stores.
But if I can get to the store and get it over with, have it now, that’s what I do.
