I understand that now even prenups are no guarantee against a bad divorce. If the woman's attorney can convince the judge that she was pressured in any way to sign the prenup (e.g. the guy wouldn't marry her unless she signed it) or that the terms are unfair, then the prenup can be thrown out.

Any judge for any reason can toss out a prenup. She can claim she didnt understand what she was signing. She can claim pressured to sign. They can argue anything and the judge can for just abput any reason, nullify the prenup.
