Is a sex scene only one with sex or locker rooms, showers, corpses, medical scenes, etc? All nudity or just that which they call sex?

Maybe and maybe not. Why does sex and nudity need to be in any given movie? Why does the story require it, instead of just suggesting it? And who needs to see naked dead people?
