Sad. Neither Megalomaniac nor the Middle East have changed in thousands of years.

War is part of the human condition. You’re right, it is sad.

As is the universal desire for man to desire to rule over other men.

But these maladies are not limited to the Middle East. They exist where ever men exist. They are part of man’s make up.

The Zulu were warriors as were the Celts and the Vikings. North and South of the equator men make war on each other.

I know all about the Zulus. Once more I am white Christian European, not black.

Bit the kind of murderous fighting that has always occurred in the Middle East eclipses most other places.

I think it is because of geography right where Europe, Asia and Africa meet.

Someone did a study of major battle sites and they seem to be clustered in the very same areas. The Balkans is another hot spot.
