Female empowerment and mental well-being have long been a focus for the former first lady. For her, healthy eating and staying active contributes to her success.

I thought she liked dancing and showing off her floppy pants-sausage in loose fitting trousers. She looked happy when doing that on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
