No, but this is not an issue on the impeachment pathway - that's being run by Mueller, Ryan, and McConnell.
This is track 2 - hurt the guy any way you can. His enemies are clumsy, and they don't understand the religious people who voted for Trump AT ALL - but if they can hurt his family and make him worried every day he wakes up, they will settle for that.

I happened to catch a show on one of the cables about a porn “convention” (for educational purposes) and one of the porn stars that was the speaker seemed surprisingly intelligent and articulate.
