all it takes is one... all it takes, if they do try to block him, is focus 200% on one judge and hammer him legally!! remove him from office and throw him in prison! I know I’m dreaming but all it would take is just one display of this and just watch the others back down like typical bullies do when reinforcements show up! maybe... hopefully...
The infuriating thing about Trump is he’s got balls to spare but treats truly stupid judicial conclusions as if they’re legitimate. At some point he is going to have to face the rage of these demons. I don’t know why he is putting it off. We are left to hoping that he has a big picture refrence we don’t have...
Every one of those lower level judges is subject to review. So far, they have been put in their legal place.
They issue these rulings to throw up roadblocks and stall for time. POTUS has the stature/standing to request fast-tracking of issues, especially when he can cite National Security.
Sometimes the same or similar low-level courts repeat the performance and so far, IIRC, they have been dismissed by the supervising courts.
It’s mostly Kabuki.
