Sorry it seems there was not a mention in the proposed legislation of particular vendors.

But the article then goes on to mention the two vendors, regarding other communications on possible issues.

It turns out the article mentions the two vendors in the title, but evidently they are NOT mentioned in the proposed legislation.
So maybe the title could be changed, to reflect that? Or else the article can be completely cancelled.
