I am sure you had the same disdain for ALL the Irish Catholics that voted for JFK in 1960 JUST because he was Irish Catholic?
BTW I am/was Irish Catholic in 1960 and did NOT vote for JFK so I guess you would refer to me as a Religion and Heritage traitor.
Then there are some that ‘talk up’ the candidate they think will best ‘suit’ themselves and do something entirely different when it comes to punching out the chads or pulling the lever.
Guess the ONLY reaon PDT doesn’t get called on his Political donations over the years because he has donated to both sides and more than likely was able to ‘capitalize’ on his donations and some of his ‘people’ are still very much in the public eye.

His father was a minister. Early jobs, Washington I was a garbageman. You get eight hours’ worth of work, but you can do it in three. So you can go home as soon as you finish. Post office, you get three hours of work and you make it last eight. I did both. I liked being a garbageman better. But they weren’t bad jobs.

Acclaimed actor Denzel Washington has no patience for those who think acting is like going to war, he said during a recent Director’s Roundtable discussion by the Hollywood Reporter.
“People talk about the difficulty of making a movie and I’m like, send your son to Iraq, that’s difficult,” Washington said during the interview.

I agree he did endorse him in 2008, but not in 2012.
As a rule he isn’t political, and after learning what Obama was about he backed away from him. I can understand why many non politically astute people who know nothing about Obama and supporting him in “08”.
However, once the truth comes out and one sees who the real Obama is, then I expect good minded individuals to back off, and Denzel backed off and did nit endorse him in 2012,
I respect that about Denzel, he admitted Obama was not what he thought.
The reason that men like Washington backed away from Obama in 2012 is why the Obama camp had to rely heavily on cheating to win. There is ample evidence that the 2012 election was stolen.
