Ten dollars a month? Why would any doctor practice there. I doubt that even 50% of doctors are still practicing.
But, you know that there are at least a couple of beautiful shiny new facilities with well paid doctors serving the government elites.
The logical conclusion to socialist medicine. Bernie would be proud.
