There is access to the Chattochee River all over Atlanta and out from there in the burbs...the first thing that came to mind, was he found where that guy dumped all those black children years ago....
Thank you for the info. I was familiar with the Chattahoochee as the dividing line between Georgia and Alabama, farther south near Columbus and Fort Benning. It's wide down there -- good water skiing. Did not realize it flows so narrow and so much farther east through Atlanta, many miles north of Columbus. I stand corrected.
