well then you should know there’s only one active ham band in this frequency range and the wideband characteristics of a log periodic are wasted. The only signals left in most of this frequency range are digital, trunked, and often encrypted, along with digital TV and none of them can be received with ham or hobby-grade receivers.

A much more effective antenna for the 450 (or 902 Mhz) ham bands can be made with a few feet of wire, a yardstick or dowel rod, and some duct tape. And it might have some value in an actual “survival” scenario.

What you’ve posted is just an informercial for the manufacturer.

Yes, and I’ve networked with Turkish and Middle Eastern hams, so there are Muslim hams around the world.

The FCC doesn’t restrict access to a ham license based on faith or belief system.
