It is a publicly traded business that purports to provide public access. it is no different than a lunch counter. You may discriminate all you like in the privacy of your home. You may not do so as a publicly traded public access company. That is a violation of the first amendment and is actionable.
Establishing a user agreement that regulates political speech is no escape from the requirements of the first amendment.
Twitter, FaceBook and Google are more dangerous than the plague. Most Freepers have no clue just how dangerous these public business are because they think you should just not use them.
