In the US, Barack and Michelle Obama topped the poll for most admired people

Amazing that Trump came in that high on YouGov.
Satan would be on the top of the list if he was included in this survey.
YouGov has a lovely way of wording surveys to get the results that they want.
YouGov is owned by Brits. And if there’s any truth to the survey report, it only shows that too many people are deluded by fiction in entertainment and other celebrity productions.
I haven’t watched television much at all since about 2003. So it’s still amazing to me that the Trump campaign took advantage of delusions from entertainment to get him elected. ...even more amazing that he has gone along with such great conservatism so far after speaking from some radically left leaning perspectives before.
But in many ways, his core views have not changed. Here is a clip of Trump being interviewed by another “most admired” person in the world — Oprah.

This. She is a very good director, and I have seen her speak on a panel before. Even more impressive in person.
Highly recommend this film, “First they Killed My Father” (it’s on Netflix. Set in Cambodia. Several conservative publications gave it thumbs up as well.)
And her dad, Jon Voight is quite the Trump supporter apparently and narrated Trump’s bio at the RNC convention. It’s public knowledge that they don’t always get along or agree. But still. Apples don’t fall far from trees.

If I was rich I would literally offer anyone a million dollars if they could list for me one thing admirable about Hillary Clinton other than being able to evade the law. Somehow “She has a vagina” isn’t exactly something up there I would consider above and beyond but somehow these idiots think that.
