"...bicyclists insist on being equal with cars in the road..."

You are undoubtedly aware cyclists were the original proponents of paving roadways via League of American Wheelmen more than a century ago. If you like smooth asphalt roadways, thank a cyclist.

Motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians must share and share alike.

you missed the point of my post. Go ahead and share your bike with cars and trucks. You have that right, but you may end up “dead right”. You cant fix stupid and when stupid driver meets righteous bicyclist.. guess who goes home in one piece.

You realize, of course, that you are TROLLING this thread with lame, irrelevant, and useless information.

If you have something constructive to say - in support of bikes on our roadways - then say it.

How about - Cyclists pay gasoline taxes that support.... No wait. Can’t say that.

Maybe - We cyclists have a right to ride 3 across in a lane, because EFF YOU. Well, no. Not good either.

Gee, I’m running out or reasons why cyclists should be jerks here. Maybe you can help me out?

kaythanx.

Lets go back to sandy dirt roads. Cars will make it through just fine but not those cyclists.
