this incident stinks to high heaven...its his word against the home owners...if the kid was going around trying to open doors or windows, which I suspect, it would frighten the crap out of the homeowners...

where does this kid live?..

how far was his the HS?....

why was he "late" for school and "missed" the bus?....

and how often has he been "late" for school and "missed" the bus?

I would bet that he misses school a lot....

First we need to know exactly what happened.

If he believed he could walk to school, how far was the school from his house?

If he rode the bus to school, presumably every school day, how could he not know the route to school?
