I watched part of one Ren & Stimpy once. I found it creepy and perverse, not funny or creative.
This would not surprise me at all.
I used to watch when I was 12 when I’d go over to my cousins house because they had cable. I found it hilarious and disturbing at the same time. I haven’t watched in a long time.
I’m not sure if there is a victim. But there was a crime committed - with a minor. Whether consensual or not or whatever, one person was 16 and the other 39. That’s a crime.
