I drove through skid row a couple weeks ago, I think All the Homeless should be moved into the Coliseum, All the tolerant progressive liberals at USC and the politicians will be real close, all the services they need are there and the Coliseum is run down anyway.
Plus it would be appropriate if the LA Coloseum looked authentically in ruins like the real one in Rome.
