Any time I have used a memo to document a meeting, presentation, contractual negotiations I have written the memo for record, forwarded it to the parties involved with a “is this also your understanding or our meeting, conversation, etc”. Upon receiving the reply, both are filed together for the record!

No collaborating communication, memo is simply fiction!

You are so correct you two. For several years I thought I was having a MSG attack and during my last attack I drank water during the attack and I couldn't believe the instant let up of the attack. I then looked up dehydration and darn if it wasn't the cause. The attack again came after eating a salty mix of crackers...with Coke.

You used to have to be a member of NEXUS to get feeds on your chosen topics. I don't know what their rules are now as I'm already a member.

You should be able to search their database re migraines. I roughly recall about 5 or so articles in the last year or so about new migraine findings.

That was part of the NDAA Act of 2016, IIRC. The stated reason was to allow Voice of America type broadcasts to be heard in Detroit and other locations of Foreigners.

The argument was that if everyone else in the world can hear them, why not inside the USA. They also set up a “ministry of truth” - I forget which Govt. Agency that was assigned to.

I just hit the latest post at 8ch.net - the Q-drops are noted at the top. Or visit one of the several aggregator sites. As for interpretation, that spreads out with some lines being easy, and others being decoded over a period of days, weeks or even months. Just jump in anywhere and you'll get caught up.

"Regular news" is also a good place to stay abreast. No that the message is honest, just that it reflects dark hat situation and intention.
