Any time I have used a memo to document a meeting, presentation, contractual negotiations I have written the memo for record, forwarded it to the parties involved with a “is this also your understanding or our meeting, conversation, etc”. Upon receiving the reply, both are filed together for the record!
No collaborating communication, memo is simply fiction!
Unless of course, it contains CLASSIFIED information in which case
‘Go to jail, go directly to jail, do not pass Go, do not collect ANY $$$’

In reading the memos, 1st meeting w\PE Trump, Comey says the conversation was all over the place and he had a hard time keeping things straight. But were suppose to trust these?
