Sessions went off script to lavish praise on Deep State Trump-hater Rosenstein on the very day it was revealed that RR had signed one of the illegal FISA warrants. Wray got in front of Congress and refused to say whether the FBI paid Steele for the dirty, dishonest anti-Trump dossier. They are both enabling the Deep State.
