So they grab old radio parts and say “Hey, Lookit!!”
I warned you.
Yep. That’s why I warned ya.
Thanks. I asked for some insight because of my ignorance but I didn’t get much.
“ITS A RUSSIAN SITE TO BE TAKEN WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.”
Yep, I’ll only believe the CIA and FBI, because they are 100% pro-American.
LOL.
LOL-LOL.
LOL-LOL-LOL.
Bwaaaaaaaaa - Seriously laughing my ass off.
Sorry guys, I couldn’t type it with a straight face.
Well, if you’re going to post Russian propaganda for us, you might as well post the stuff that was fabricated for Russian audiences. ;-)
Lol...watch the video of the Russian presentation of the missile parts and write down the time stamps when you see old radio parts being displayed.
I’ll wait...
Honestly I don’t believe much anymore. I rely on the experts here. I do feel I should warn people it is a Russian site though so I don’t have a dozen folks pointing it out to me.
The lack of any reported poison gas release seems odd. The recovered missile parts may or may not be valid. I seem to recall some self-congrats about simultaneous time on target. Could that not cause some weapons a second or two behind a detonation be blown off course and perhaps cause internal guidance or electronics failure? I should think so.
Not directed at you...just at the a-holes that totally politicized our intelligence agencies and the Dems who protect them.
I understand. I took no offense.
I guess he means the French ones.
It’s nearly impossible to jam a TERCOM/DSMAC cruise missile when you don’t know the flight path, isn’t it?
totally fake news. russian SAMs intercepted zero allied missiles in syria.
btw, i especially love the fake details about how intact that missiles were after being intercepted, you know, they weren’t actually blown to smithereens.
also getting tired of seeing FR being used as a russian propaganda site ...
Take it with a grain of salt.
Rapid fire gun systems and systems similar to the all aspect Stinger but with a good bit more range are a lot easier to disperse on or near the flight path once an initial contact is made with the target and an initial contact is not horribly difficult to get with missiles coming in across the water to a coastline.
Don't forget, with Russia or any other major player in the equation they're able to look down from space which makes tracing the target a whole Hell of a lot easier. The missile relies on looking up to stay on course and the tracking units rely on looking up to find it, at least to get the initial course, speed, etc.
I don't know about the newer models, but the originals would stay on a straight path for a minimum of something like four minutes before it would change base course again. The early ones I knew a bit about were mostly a few kinks changing the base course made up of a series of straight lines early on to make it more difficult to plot their entire course and after that a straight and low run to the target. Now, I don't know if they still have a minimum time on a selected path or even still stick to a series of straight legs and long arcs on their journey to the target.
Of course, none of the above even touches on the stuff that can and may be done by something looking down and jamming or confusing the missile from above. I've got a few thoughts on that aspect now that articles are coming out of the Pentagon complaining about the intense EW environment that Syria has become of late but anyone can speculate along those lines so, speculate away.
The French missiles hit. It was the British ones that were FUBAR. Kind of like a Jag. If you buy a Jag, buy 2... One for driving and one for the mechanics to work on while you wait for your next breakdown. Then trade. Repeat often.
3 buildings, not one. Only bare dirt & rubble remains of each
Weapons gasses usually have two parts which have to be mixed in the right proportions to create the active agent. These parts are stored separately so what you imagine happened will not.
