Of course you can. You started by saying the prayers of an unbeliever have no access to Him, then essentially told him to pray for faith. Pray to who if He is not listening to unbelievers?
(FWIW, I struggle with this very paradox in praying for the safety of Trump, I do it anyway.)

An unbeliever praying to God in intercession is totally unbiblical. Because there is no covenant relationship. The unbeliever is not part of the family, has no inheritance, nor any portion of the Kingdom.
That all changes when an unbeliever admits his helplessness and prays to God for salvation which is only possible through Jesus Christ.
That is Christianity 101. It is fundamental.

God's Word says he makes it rain for the wicked and the righteous. But that doesn't mean he is inconsistent. Salvation is not in view, and the Bible is consistent that God puts off judgment to show kindness which should lead to repentance (Romans 2:4).

We have been hearing that for MONTHS. Just a few more days, just a few more weeks,just a few more months, be patient, trust the plan. Yeah right. We’ve all been played for fools. All of this just wait crap has been to slow walk things and placate people until it’s too late.

Until what? We are told just a few more weeks? And then we’ll be told they can’t release it after all because people couldn’t handle what’s in it or something.
I don’t think you are being realistic. The next 6 or 7 months are for the findings of investigations and grand juries. We might see some of the low hanging fruit plucked before the November election, but most will be after. Keeping the majority in the House and Senate will be much easier with more big stories than the media can possibly cover up. If I am right you look back at the end of the year and understand.

I just don’t see it happening. But you are right about the fact that we need to see SOME kind of justice before the midterms with the promise of more or it’s all over. If not, the Dems WILL win.
But I also must ask what makes you think there will even be any Grand Jury investigations starting? There is absolutely nothing happening.
