Nor with the universities that get full price plus from them, nor will the real estate developers humping sub divisions so their parents buy them homes do they can get in state tuition. Don’t get me started from what I have heard, like a naval architecture program where 80% of the kids were from China. My guess is they are not designing 16 ft starcraft runabout competitors...
I wouk for a D1 college institution and let me tell you, nearly half our customer base in our facility is from chinese nationals. Very nice people, but CONCERNING what they take back home as intellectual property.
