A single pit bull would have made the worst mistake of his soon-to-be-very-short life if he took on a hyena.
Unfortunately, probably 90% or more of the people who own pit bulls cannot handle them in extreme situations. That includes a large percentage of PB owners who believe they are dog handlers but won't be up to the task when push becomes shove and that centuries-old instinct of attack kicks in. Personally, I think that anyone who would want a pit bull is probably irresponsible in that they greatly overestimate their ability to control the dog.
Horrible. I know I’m somewhat paranoid when I go taking my dogs around town, one time I was walking our big German Shepherd and there were two pit bulls in a car where the windows were halfway down. They were barking and lunging, I thought the window was going to come out. I made sure to get away from there as fast as possible. Could be they “just wanted to play” but I doubt it.
