Recently in London I’ve seen Harry Potter and the Cursed Child where Hermione and her child are black, I’ve recently seen Chess where two Russians were black (and one of the black Russians’ child was white), a King Lear where one of his three daughters was black, and a play where two British guys in WWII were Indian. But it doesn’t go the other way.

And don’t let me start about the female “doctor” who.

The Brits went PC, in the extreme long ago, sadly, and now their once cadre of WONDERFUL actors and actresses mumble, can't act, and STINK ON ICE!

And yes, don't get ME started on the now DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE Doctor Who! Which I shan't EVER watch again and I began watching that series long, long, long, LONG ago.

Ditto for Dr. Who. I liked best the 1st (William hartnell) and the 4th (Tom Baker) and the 11th Doctors. But each actor brought his own character to the part - that's why the series is still fresh after so many decades.

A female Doctor who - why not? The character gets "reincarnated" each time as an utterly different character in looks, mannerisms etc.
