It was predictably PC, but not nauseatingly so. I have always loved Roseanne, and I managed to love the revival, too. But this episode begs the question, what if the neighbors really are making a bomb, and the daddy wasn't just misunderstanding on-line buying. In that respect, it was just a tad too PC, but the humor and the way they both discover each other's humanity makes it tolerable.

Notice how the portrayal of ONE Muslim family is viewed as a portrayal of “Muslims” in general. This is PC at its worst - the portrayal of any individual as taken as a portrayal of a group.

It’s so ridiculous. Our heartstrings our supposed to be tugged toward terrorist supporters. Maybe Roseanne can make it really relevant by having it set in San Bernadino. The neighbor of the Islamic mass murderers saw what they thought was suspicious activity by their Muslim neighbors, but said nothing because of the probably justified fear of being called racists and islamophobes.
