Really, what better indication could there be of the author’s sheer self-delusion? First of all, calling such a thought a fact is completely idiotic. It is an opinion. It happens to be quite a goofball opinion. No sane system of argumentation would call such an opinion a fact. This alone disqualifies the author from any sort of consideration.
Even stupider is his contrivance that his weird constitutional amendment would ever pass...
