That describes my neighbor and close friend. He dated a co=-worker briefly then broke up with her. She turned out to be a stalker from hell. Despite restraining orders against her, she stalked and tormented him for a year, vandalized his car numerous times, broke into his house, attempted to run over a sheriff deputy who responded to a call.
He finally broke, he walked into work one day with a hand gun and killed her. As a result, he was sentenced to life in prison.
After six years, his appeals to the Michigan Supreme court resulted in a new trial since the original judge refused to allow all the evidence against the crazy stalker to be used in his defense.
The new trial resulted in 8 years in prison with the 6 years he had already served counting towards it.
The way these things work, there’s a good chance he’s in financial difficulty due to excessive spending to placate his wife; he’s getting older and the end of the road is in sight; and she’s permanently mad because she sees her lifestyle in jeopardy. That’s just speculation, but it would not surprise me a bit.

Is she beat not only him but even his mother, she is dangerous, should at least be charged with elder abuse.

Wow, that’s an incredible story. I mean, most people would snap. I am so happy your friend got a retrial. Is he out yet? God bless him, I’ve seen what physical violence can do.

The incident took place in 1992, his retrial after 6 years was in 1998 with a sentence of 8 years with time served so he got out in 2000.
His current girl friend at the time of the incident worked at the county court house and she and all her co-workers stood by him at the initial trial and during his prison time.
Following his release in 2000, he and Sally married and bought the house across the street from me. I moved into mine in November of 2001 and that's when I met them.
Jerry was always a devout Catholic so while in prison he conducted bible studies for other inmates. It wasn't violent for him since he is a big guy and never showed any hostility towards other inmates.
I've gotten to know them really well over the past 17 years and all I can say is that he and his wife are the most compassionate people I have ever met. He is constantly helping out other elderly neighbors and calling on me when needed.
I don't think I mentioned that during that year of stalking, the crazy lady on several occasions showed up at his Catholic church and and harassed him from the pew behind him.....That's how crazy she was.

Records obtained by DailyMail.com show the mother of two has been ordered to stay 500ft away from their Jupiter, Florida home and is only allowed to return to retrieve her belongings while accompanied by a police officer. Krista was charged with one count of domestic battery and one count of resisting an officer without violence. She was released on Sunday on a $2,500 bond.
I mean after reading this post I am stunned! It’s like a Lifetime movie. What an amazing person to come thru all of that stronger. So happy he has a wonderful marriage & a good friend like you!

Restraining orders are just as successful as our useless gun laws as I mentioned above.......
Depending on how crazy she is, she will likely continue her harassment of the golfer and his family........
