Issue the report. Don’t send copies of a draft to Obama and Hllary. They will stop the report. From the article:
The Draft Report is the first time the DOJ and FBI Principals (only those officials who remain inside the DOJ and FBI) get to see the underlying documentary evidenced gathered in the 17-month-long investigation.
In theory, neither nobama nor Killary will see the report in advance as neither are principles at this point. However...

That’s how I read this article. The two principals are the DOJ and the FBI. They have to sign nondisclosure agreements in order to read it. Which doesn’t necessarily mean someone won’t leak the info to some of the players involved.

Okay, so Rpsenstein, Strozk and a few others can review the reports and pass it on to Obama and HRC. No one will be charged. No charges in the FISA scam also. Just play practice for the rich and connected. Maybe the 1.3 Trillion Sealed Indictments will accompany the OIG Report!
