Hitler's dentist and his x-rays survived the war and they were used for identification.
His jaw was removed but the rest of his remains destroyed.

About 1960, I saw a war-tabloid magazine with a front page story that Hitler's skull was in Moscow. Sorry, I don't remember anything else about it. :(
