My sister had a conversation with a woman who was struggling with a shopping cart with one of those devices. When my sister explained that they were designed so they couldn’t be removed to prevent people stealing them, the woman said “I’m not stealing it, I’m just taking it where I want to go.”
“Stolen” is so judgmental. They wuz gonna bring it back. Yer Honor.
