LOL! Reminds me of a very realistic scene in a recent movie about WW II in the utterly miserable, humid south Pacific islands. A sudden rain storm came and one sergeant immediately stripped naked, pulled out a bar of soap, and got himself a free shower.

Tasers are a legitimate tool in the force continuum.
However, Tasers are also misused when a suspect refuses to obey a lawful order, but is otherwise nonviolent, as in this case.
