Tufts University is offering a course this fall examining “queer spatial aesthetics” and “queer world-making” in places like “bathhouses, nightclubs, [and] cruising grounds.”
According to the course syllabus, “Queer Space: Explorations in Art and Architecture” will address questions such as: “What is ‘queer space’? How have works of art and architecture shaped queer understandings and experiences of space?”

How the place has fallen. Went to a open house for prospective students and parents about 8 years ago, where all they talked about was glowbullism. Glad my kid had no desire.

Yep. My undergrad was the Evergreen State College. lol. Thank God I went to USC for my Masters. Ironically the head of the department told me having attended Evergreen actually was a huge positive on my resumé/application. Just goes to show how liberal they all are.

I remember when Liberal Arts meant courses in American and English Literature, English Composition, Poetry, numerous histories, sociology, psychology, mathematics, logic, rhetoric, ethics, with electives in economics, business and the hard sciences.
Where is there any room for crap like this “queer space course”, or “gender stuties”, or all the other effluvium they try to pass as genuine study?
That is a very far-sighted economic policy insight, ROFL.
Tufts is the same college to which, several years ago, school children as young as 12 were bused - without their parent’s notification or permission - to be indoctrinated in various homosexual acts of perversion. The scandal was known as “fist gate.”
This college should be shut down - and the majority of its faculty should be jailed for child abuse, child endangerment, sexual abuse and public obscenity.
It’s not just bathrooms... There are parks which are known as cruising locations.
