I'm comparing it to post #1273 from the same thread, which has an image from whitehouse.gov of the letter to Kim Jong Un.
Other responses in that thread (such as posts #1303, #1304, and #1405) notice a mismatch, and I agree, but I also notice that the two documents appear to be in two different typefaces. The whitehouse.gov version has a serif one that looks like Times New Roman. The qanon.pub version has what looks like sans serif, maybe something like Arial.
I'm not committing myself to any particular answer, but could it be likely (or unlikely) that these two copies actually are the same text in two different drafts?

Certainly possible. It’s obviously not the exact document, but it could be a draft.
