She gamed the system and got caught. They may say 15 years possible but the most likely outcome is full financial restitution with a fine and 5-10 years probation for this small amount of money. It costs $2k per month to incarcerate her so it would cost yet more money to do so. Best to hurt her in the wallet. She has already shamed herself in front of the world TWICE now.
