Some people have suggested the wife or daughter....I don’t believe it’ll happen. I’m more likely to believe that the Governor will appoint himself.

Yep McCain will not ask wife or daughter to be appointed. His wife is too old and doesn’t need the glory or hassle of being a US Senator. His daughter is too young and foolish. McCain is evil but at least he knows this.
