It did not read like cat and mouse. It read like a lion toying with a mouse.

I don’t believe in UFOs from other worlds (the physics don’t work) but it doesn’t mean we haven’t discovered materials that act differently that we ever thought.

In fact, this technology sounds very much like that described in ancient Indian texts (South Central Asia, not Native American.)

Perhaps we uncovered the tech somewhere and reverse engineered it.

Jerry Doyle clarified it by talking about Dot Indians compared to Feather Indians.

If we take your assertion at face value for the moment - that the US government apparently has extensive alien high technology at its disposal, why would they be letting illiterate goat farmers in far off lands kick their ass for 20 years?

...(the physics don’t work)...

The physics YOU know doesn't work. I think it is awfully egotistical that anyone would think we know everything while we are only a few hundred years into our technology. Two hundred years ago nobody would think a moon landing would be history. You don't suppose that we know everything about physics just now? Do you?

The evidence of ET presence is has been observed by many people, including the US military, it seems. It might be wiser to find ways to explain it rather than stick the proverbial head into the proverbial sand. Who would have thought that supposedly intelligent people would just plain deny all of this simply because they can't explain it. How ridiculous and superstitious can people be?

There is a document posted on the NSA web site regarding the decoding of an ET message. It seems to be a periodic table of the elements. That version has more constants associated with each element than do we.

Sure it does. You could seed the universe using artificially intelligent robot ships traveling at sub light speed carrying libraries of deep frozen DNA and a few chemical ingredients and in a few million years, have thousands of planets on stars in your neighborhood teeming with life. There might even be programming to deal with/exploit already existing native life to fine tune it to local conditions, but built around a common pattern. The flying saucers might operate locally, but that doesn't mean the seed ship they arrived on had a limited range.

It might explain the preponderance of the humanoid form described of aliens amongst "experiencers".
